BJJ drills and drilling is fundamental to sharpening technique, building muscle memory and improving conditioning. Connection Rio afternoon training sessions are largely in part based on development of technique and coordination through drills, in functional warm ups. Rather than jumping jacks and running in a circle we make use of time by putting to use some BJJ drills that are applicable in day to day training at all levels.
